We all take good health for granted, until something happens that makes us rethink how precious it is.
For us, that moment came in 2005 when my daughter, Monique, was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at just 22. But for many people, it is the simple realization that they want to live life to the full.
Monique’s prognosis was confronting. The future felt uncertain, and we were told there was little we could do.
But we weren’t willing to accept that.
We began searching for answers, speaking to health professionals, scientists and nutritionists around the world. Together we explored modern medicine, natural therapies and the role of nutrition in long-term wellbeing.
What we discovered was simple yet powerful. Good nutrition can help people feel better, support their longevity, and bring a sense of control back into their lives. That discovery sparked our mission.
